Analog IC Design Engineer

Orca Semi is looking for experienced IC Engineers in the Milan, Italy area. Our immediate focus is to produce industry-leading low-quiescent power solutions for wearable applications and high-voltage communication interfaces for the Smart Factory market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mixed-signal design, a deep understanding of analog circuitry, excellent knowledge of simulation tools, and a background in designing with BCD semiconductor technologies.
You must be highly motivated, and capable of taking initiative to drive for results. Since Orca Semi has multiple locations, communication and cooperation with distributed teams are key to a successful design, making English proficiency required. You will work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment and will be exposed to the entire life cycle of our products. Job Responsibilities:

Architecture, design, and verification of analog and mixed-signal circuits.

Analyze and simulate circuit behavior using Cadence tools.

Supervise layout activity.

Support silicon validation activities.

Contribute to test program development and customer engagement.

Minimum Requirements:

Masters Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
-
3+ years of experience in analog IC circuit design

Familiarity with Cadence EDA tools
-
Good English speaking/reading/writing skills
